About the Role
Expion Health is seeking a Marketing Manager, Content & AI Enablement to spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies that integrate AI capabilities. This role is crucial in enhancing the company's marketing content production and building AI-enabled marketing workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create stronger, more effective content by combining AI ingenuity with marketing fundamentals.As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to produce and improve marketing assets across touchpoints, including presentations, sales enablement materials, thought leadership pieces, and ad copy. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in using AI tools to draft, edit, ideate, summarize, repurpose, design, produce, test, and improve marketing content.
What You Will Do
- Create and enhance marketing assets, including presentations, sales enablement materials, and ad copy, using AI tools and marketing platforms.
- Turn raw inputs into polished marketing content, ensuring clarity, structure, message strength, visual polish, brand alignment, and audience relevance.
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, sales slides, email campaigns, short videos, social graphics, newsletter content, and internal updates.
- Improve existing content for clarity, structure, message strength, visual polish, brand alignment, and audience relevance, leveraging AI for acceleration.
- Use AI to accelerate drafting, editing, summarization, ideation, versioning, QA, creative development, and content adaptation.
- Build and refine prompts, templates, workflows, and repeatable processes for common marketing needs, exploring advanced AI use cases.
- Identify areas where AI can improve speed, quality, consistency, and scale across the marketing team and support digital marketing efforts.
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend practical ways to use them in real marketing work.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in marketing, preferably in a content or AI-focused role.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including clear writing, sharp messaging, smart design, audience relevance, and brand consistency.
- Proficiency in using AI tools beyond basic experimentation for drafting, editing, ideating, summarizing, repurposing, designing, producing, testing, and improving marketing content.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with experience in managing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about AI's potential to evolve marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Experience with Excel for data analysis and marketing metrics tracking.
- Familiarity with content management systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field.
