About the Role

The Marketing Manager, Content & AI Enablement role at Expion Health is a unique opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to join a team at the forefront of innovation in the pharmacy benefit management industry. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing AI-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth. With a strong focus on content creation, campaign activation, and digital marketing, this role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about leveraging AI to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

The role reports to the VP of Marketing & Communications and is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. As a marketing manager, you will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results.

What You Will Do

  • Create and enhance marketing assets across touchpoints, including presentations, sales enablement materials, thought leadership pieces, email newsletters, press releases, social graphics, short-form videos, internal communications, campaign assets, and ad copy
  • Use AI tools to produce and improve marketing content, including drafting, editing, summarization, ideation, versioning, QA, creative development, and content adaptation
  • Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, sales slides, email campaigns, short videos, social graphics, newsletter content, and internal updates
  • Improve existing content for clarity, structure, message strength, visual polish, brand alignment, and audience relevance
  • Build and refine prompts, templates, workflows, and repeatable processes for common marketing needs
  • Explore advanced AI use cases for marketing, including skills, agents, automations, AI-assisted landing pages, video development, presentation creation, content repurposing, and campaign testing
  • Identify areas where AI can improve speed, quality, consistency, and scale across the marketing team
  • Support SEO and AI search optimization through content updates and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, campaign activation, and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Excel
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms, including content creation, editing, and optimization
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including target audience, messaging, and channel strategy

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video creation, presentation development, and content repurposing
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted marketing tools and platforms, including landing page creation and campaign testing
  • Experience with SEO and search optimization
  • Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
