- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Czech and Slovak markets
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of trends and competitor activity
- Create and distribute engaging content to various channels, including social media and email
- Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community activities
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve the best possible ROI
- Stay updated with the latest marketing tools and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies
- Work closely with the design team to ensure all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful campaign management on Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of the Czech and Slovak markets, including consumer behavior and preferences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Experience in team collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Czech and a good command of English
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies
- Experience with SEO principles and email marketing strategies is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with TikTok advertising and other emerging social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of web development and design principles
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
