What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the marketing team, managing and mentoring a small but capable team
- Oversee marketing execution, working directly with the team to produce marketing materials including website content, landing pages, campaigns, and promotional assets
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, landing page development, SEO, AEO, Google Ads, and digital advertising programs
- Coordinate marketing systems and priorities, ensuring marketing initiatives remain organized and intentional
- Work with leadership to refine messaging and marketing direction
- Coordinate work with internal teams and external marketing partners
- Review and refine marketing copy to ensure alignment with company messaging and positioning
- Develop and implement marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking
- Conduct conversion optimization across digital channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, with some experience coordinating or managing a small team
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO, paid media, and website optimization
- Experience with Google Ads and digital advertising programs
- Strong judgment when evaluating messaging, copy, and campaign quality
- Ability to use marketing data and performance signals to guide decisions
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS tools, and analytics dashboards
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
