About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing position at Fetch is a critical role that involves developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role is part of the growth marketing team, which is responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization, paid advertising, and email marketing.As a Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive business results. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve better outcomes.
The role reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and will be an integral part of the marketing leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a collaborative team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies to achieve better outcomes
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital channels
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
- Create and curate high-quality content to support marketing campaigns and drive user engagement
- Work closely with the product team to develop marketing strategies that support product launches and updates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization, paid advertising, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
