What You Will Do
- Execute and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and Email to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows to automate content production, market research, and data analysis.
- Develop high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, and emails, utilizing AI for personalization and scale.
- Handle minor website updates and landing page builds, with knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress.
- Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights to pivot marketing strategies quickly.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to set marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- A solid foundation as a Marketing Manager or Specialist with experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Above-average understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in marketing.
- Proven ability to master new tools and marketing channels quickly.
- Foundational knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page), PPC (Google/Meta), and Email marketing (segmentation and automation).
- Technical literacy, with the ability to understand and work with APIs and tag management systems.
- Experience with CRM workflows, preferably with HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
