About the Role
The Marketing Manager position at Powerful Medical is a hands-on, generalist role designed to oversee and execute day-to-day marketing activities across various channels. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's pipeline, launches, and key announcements. By working closely with the Sales, Clinical, and Product teams, the Marketing Manager ensures that messaging is accurate, consistent, and compelling across all platforms, including social media, the company website, conferences, and customer communications.As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the success of marketing campaigns. This involves a deep understanding of the target audience, which ranges from medical professionals to investors and the general public. The goal is to communicate Powerful Medical's mission and the impact of its AI-powered medical technology effectively.

What You Will Do
- Execute marketing strategies across multiple channels to support business objectives, including pipeline growth and product launches.
- Develop and maintain Powerful Medical's digital presence, focusing on LinkedIn and employer branding to showcase customer success stories, product updates, and company culture.
- Create and repurpose content for various marketing channels, including blogs, newsletters, email flows, case studies, landing pages, and decks.
- Organize and support webinars and events, including promotion, registration management, live event coverage, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the company website and landing pages, ensuring clear and conversion-focused messaging in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, monitoring key funnel metrics and using data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure brand consistency, brief vendors, and maintain a consistent tone and visual identity across all marketing materials.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a proven track record of executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including basic CMS/website management and marketing automation/CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex clinical topics into clear and engaging messages for various audiences.
- Data-informed decision-making approach, with comfort in using basic analytics and funnel metrics to evaluate marketing performance.
- Organizational and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn and email marketing, with a focus on creating compelling content and driving engagement.
- Basic skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
