About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator role is a critical part of Steno's revenue operations team, focusing on ensuring the quality and consistency of GTM data. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement automations and optimizations that improve process efficiency. As a key member of the team, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance metrics and providing data-driven insights to sharpen campaign effectiveness.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include triaging and resolving requests from GTM stakeholders, ensuring CRM records, reports, and lists are accurate and up-to-date, and collaborating with the RevOps team to drive business outcomes. What You Will Do
- Ensure GTM data quality end-to-end, including CRM records, reports, and lists
- Triage and resolve requests from GTM stakeholders on marketing systems, workflows, and campaign operations
- Partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams to implement automations and optimizations
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and funnel data to sharpen campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate across the buyer's journey to improve client acquisition, lead quality, and conversion
- Contribute to documentation and training around RevOps tools and best practices
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic projects
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across data, systems, and people to drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
