About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, scalability, and performance across Chartbeat, Inc.'s multi-brand marketing organization. This position will be responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing technology stack, with a strong focus on HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, lead management, and reporting accuracy.The role will involve overseeing the configuration and optimization of multiple HubSpot instances across brands, troubleshooting issues, refining existing processes, and building new automated workflows. You will also conduct ongoing audits of systems and processes, introduce scalable automation, and serve as the subject matter expert for marketing. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, you will be responsible for capturing data, reporting, and analytics to inform marketing strategies.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated and effective
- Lead the configuration and optimization of multiple HubSpot instances across brands
- Troubleshoot issues and refine existing processes to improve lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Build new automated workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct ongoing audits of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Introduce scalable automation, including within Monday.com, to streamline marketing operations
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Develop and maintain documentation of marketing processes and procedures
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably with a focus on marketing automation and technology
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, including capturing data, reporting, and analytics
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, including workflow automation and lead management
- Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and marketing metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
- Certification in marketing automation or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
