About the Role

What You Will Do
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms, including audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports, campaign setup, and system integrations
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution, proactively improving processes and efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers, landing pages, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of marketing operations processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance
- Provide excellent communication and project management skills, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Experience with AI tools and workflow automation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working with global teams and managing outside vendors
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including campaign development, execution, and analysis

- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
