About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the success of Iterable's marketing efforts. This position is responsible for the tactical administration of marketing systems, ensuring seamless campaign execution and accurate measurement. As part of the Demand Generation team, this specialist will work closely with campaign managers to turn strategy into reality.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a primary administrator for marketing systems, managing system health, lead flow processes, and platform troubleshooting
  • Train and enable the team on how to use systems and processes
  • Execute the technical setup for marketing activities across the marketing technology stack
  • Maintain clean database standards to ensure effective targeting and adherence to global email and web compliance regulations
  • Pull and organize basic performance reports from the CRM, Marketing Automation platforms, and other tools to track campaign engagement and pipeline contribution
  • Identify and create new ways to improve processes and workflows to drive efficiencies and outcomes
  • Collaborate with campaign managers to launch global marketing programs flawlessly and measure their accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all marketing systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of marketing operations processes and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a similar role
  • Expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as other marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of marketing data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with campaign execution and measurement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certification in marketing automation or a related field is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Marketo, Zuddl, and Reachdesk
  • Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Certification in data analysis or science
