About the Role

The Marketing Programme Manager - ABM at Yotpo is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and technical proficiency. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for owning ABM from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless integration across the eCommerce ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing targeted campaigns to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and increase conversion rates for iconic eCommerce brands worldwide.

Day-to-day, you will live and breathe our target accounts, always thinking about the next innovative way to break in, whether through relationships, introductions, social channels, creative outreach, events, or tools you build yourself. You will manage programmes, systems, tracking, and follow-through with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every account move is tracked and analyzed for improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the operationalisation and execution of ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including paid, direct mail, email, gifting, and events.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop account-level messaging and break-in plans for priority targets.
  • Act as the operational backbone of our ABM motion, utilizing tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets, or other platforms to keep the machine running efficiently.
  • Build and maintain target account lists and ensure clean segmentation across global markets.
  • Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers at target brands and partner with global sales to identify entry points into key accounts.
  • Own the day-to-day execution across a range of tools, including Influ2, Swan, Clay, HeyReach, Salesforce, and Gong.
  • Utilize Claude Code and similar tools to automate workflows and build internal utilities, ensuring that manual processes are minimized.
  • Provide reporting and influence tracking with qualitative insights, moving beyond mere dashboard metrics.
  • Attend key events, meet with buyers, and ensure fast turnaround times for campaign execution.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in eCommerce, either directly with brands, through agencies, or as part of tech partners, with a bonus for brand-side experience in growth, retention, or customer experience.
  • The ability to work with ambiguity and build plans as you go, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.
  • Genuine sales empathy, allowing you to adapt your approach based on what drives deal closures.
  • A meticulous tracking mindset, always knowing the status of every account and being able to articulate the next steps at any moment.
  • Daily use of AI for building and automation, not just prompting, with skills in Claude Code, vibe-coding, and workflow automation.
  • A balance of IQ and EQ, with a default to action and an emphasis on tracking and organization.
  • Valid UK work authorization.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with ABM campaigns, especially in managing and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Sheets, as well as other tools mentioned, to hit the ground running.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, with the ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones.
