Job Description

## About the Role The Marketing & Rev Ops Project Manager is a critical role at Curvion Blue, responsible for driving complex, multi-week and multi-month initiatives across funnels, CRM systems, revenue tech stack integrations, and account onboarding. This role requires an exceptional project manager who can break down abstract, cross-functional initiatives into executable workstreams and task-level plans, and then run those plans to completion. The successful candidate will work directly with the COO and CEO, partnering on quarterly strategic priorities tied to revenue operations.

As a key member of the team, the Marketing & Rev Ops Project Manager will own the project map, sequencing, capacity planning, and execution cadence for the most critical Rev Ops initiatives at Curvion Blue. This role is not about being a sales expert or a hands-on Rev Ops technician, but about being exceptional at managing complex projects and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-intensity and high-growth sales-led company, with advanced project management experience and a strong understanding of resource allocation and capacity planning.

## What You Will Do - Develop and manage complex project plans, including project maps, sequencing, capacity planning, and execution cadence - Work directly with the COO and CEO to partner on quarterly strategic priorities tied to revenue operations - Translate strategy into structured workstreams, visual roadmaps, detailed project plans, and task-level execution - Manage project requests and intake from various stakeholders - Surface tradeoffs and bring clarity to scope and execution - Restore order and manage chaos in complex project environments - Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations - Develop and maintain project management documentation and reports - Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and technology - Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

## What We Are Looking For - Experience as an Executive Project Manager, Senior PM, or Program Manager - Direct experience working under a COO or executive leadership team - Experience supporting 8-figure (or larger) businesses with complex initiatives - Advanced project management experience, including resource allocation and capacity planning - Strong understanding of dependencies and identifying inflection points - Exceptional ability to break initiatives from strategy to workstreams to milestones to tasks - Experience building and managing project plans for marketing and rev ops teams - Proficiency in project management software, including ClickUp or Asana - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a sales-led company with a focus on revenue growth - Familiarity with AI-driven revenue engines and sales solutions - Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile - Experience with data analysis and reporting
