About the Role

The Marketing Specialist, DACH role at SolarEdge is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking. As a key member of the EU Marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing activities and events to sustain SolarEdge's marketing strategy in the DACH region. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing quarterly lead-generation campaigns designed to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Director of Marcom Europe and indirectly with the Country Managers Germany and Austria/Switzerland to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy. Your expertise in digital marketing, event management, and content development will be essential in driving the success of the marketing team.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute quarterly lead-generation campaigns to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Develop content across newsletters, case studies, articles, testimonials, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Manage advertising and media planning, ensuring effective execution across relevant channels
  • Develop localized and engaging social media and digital content tailored to the DACH market
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, including trade shows, customer events, and partner activities
  • Ensure full compliance with SolarEdge brand and corporate guidelines across all marketing activities in your region
  • Support sales teams with marketing tools and lead-generation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing ROI
  • Organize customer training programs and webinars in collaboration with local sales and technical teams
  • Coordinate production of artwork, booth materials, and marketing assets, ensuring brand compliance, budget alignment, and timely delivery
  • Act as a proud SolarEdge Brand Ambassador, confidently presenting to customers and representing the company at industry events

What We Are Looking For

  • Native German speaker with fluency in English
  • A university degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Arts, Technical Design, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, including digital marketing and event management
  • Experience in B2C technology is considered a valuable asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and other digital marketing tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in renewable energy, high-tech sectors, power electronics, or electric vehicle industries
  • Knowledge of AI-based energy management systems
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
