About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, DACH at SolarEdge, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of marketing activities and events to sustain the company's marketing strategy. You will be part of a highly creative and competent marketing team, working closely with the Director of Marcom Europe and Country Managers in Germany and Austria/Switzerland. Your primary focus will be on the DACH market, with responsibilities spanning across regional markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

The EU Marketing team at SolarEdge is a dynamic and innovative group, comprising highly skilled marketing professionals who are capable of thinking and doing at the same time. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to think strategically and creatively, developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute quarterly lead-generation campaigns designed to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Lead content development across newsletters, case studies, articles, testimonials, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral
  • Manage advertising and media planning, ensuring effective execution across relevant channels
  • Develop localized and engaging social media and digital content tailored to the DACH market
  • Oversee planning and execution of events, including trade shows, customer events, and partner activities
  • Ensure full compliance with SolarEdge brand and corporate guidelines across all marketing activities in your region
  • Support sales teams with marketing tools and lead-generation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing ROI
  • Organize customer training programs and webinars in collaboration with local sales and technical teams
  • Coordinate production of artwork, booth materials, and marketing assets, ensuring brand compliance, budget alignment, and timely delivery
  • Act as a proud SolarEdge Brand Ambassador, confidently presenting to customers and representing the company at industry events

What We Are Looking For

  • Native German speaker with fluency in English
  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Arts, Technical Design, or Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, including digital marketing and event management
  • Experience in B2C technology is considered a valuable asset
  • Strategic and creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel and other marketing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience in renewable energy, high-tech sectors, power electronics, or electric vehicle industries
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
