About the Role
The Marketing Specialist, DACH role is a key position within SolarEdge's EU Marketing team, responsible for supporting the implementation of marketing activities and events to sustain the company's marketing strategy. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be expected to think creatively and work strategically to drive results. You will be part of a highly competent team of marketing professionals who are passionate about making clean, green energy the primary power source for homes, businesses, and beyond.The role entails working closely with the Director of Marcom Europe and Country Managers Germany and Austria/Switzerland to develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the DACH market. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of marketing activities, from lead-generation campaigns to social media and digital content creation.

What You Will Do
- Plan and execute quarterly lead-generation campaigns designed to increase pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Lead content development across newsletters, case studies, articles, testimonials, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Manage advertising and media planning, ensuring effective execution across relevant channels
- Develop localized and engaging social media and digital content tailored to the DACH market
- Oversee planning and execution of events, including trade shows, customer events, and partner activities
- Ensure full compliance with SolarEdge brand and corporate guidelines across all marketing activities in your region
- Support sales teams with marketing tools and lead-generation initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion
- Manage the regional marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing ROI
- Organize customer training programs and webinars in collaboration with local sales and technical teams
- Coordinate production of artwork, booth materials, and marketing assets, ensuring brand compliance, budget alignment, and timely delivery
- Act as a proud SolarEdge Brand Ambassador, confidently presenting to customers and representing the company at industry events
What We Are Looking For
- Native German speaker with fluency in English
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, Creative Arts, Technical Design, or Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, including digital marketing and event management
- Experience in renewable energy, high-tech sectors, power electronics, or electric vehicle industries is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C technology
- Knowledge of graphic design and video production
- Certification in marketing or a related field
