What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows and campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Analyze data to optimize workflows and improve campaign performance
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and dashboards to track campaign performance
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, including AI and machine learning
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on technical skills and experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analysis
- Strong background in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as other marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience with data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience developing and implementing marketing strategies

- Experience with AI and machine learning, including natural language processing and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud-based marketing tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
