About the Role

The Marketing Specialist, Global Programs, plays a pivotal role in driving demand generation initiatives for Wiz, a leading cloud security company. This position involves managing the end-to-end operational delivery of global marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution and logistical coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, product marketing, field operations, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), to deliver high-impact campaigns.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning webinar logistics, virtual events, and demand programs. This includes managing landing page configuration, audience segmentation, promotion streams, live logistics coordination, and post-event lead routing pipelines. The ability to operate with speed, agility, and high attention to detail in a hyper-growth environment is essential.

Reporting to the Global Programs Manager, the Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, with the freedom to think creatively and contribute to the company's momentous growth.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the operational execution of Wiz-hosted webinars and digital events
  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery and execution of perpetual pipeline networks
  • Deploy templatized programs for scale, packaging centralized strategies into turnkey program templates
  • Enable regional field marketing teams by providing pre-packaged messaging, automated email workflows, creative assets, and execution playbooks
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure flawless program delivery timelines and asset coordination
  • Own and manage campaign deployment pipelines, distributing highly templatized program frameworks to regional teams
  • Keep critical pipeline engines running smoothly, ensuring minimal friction in global initiatives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Marketo, and other relevant tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign operations, or demand generation within the technology, Enterprise SaaS, or cloud computing sector
  • Proven ability to operate with speed, agility, and high attention to detail in a hyper-growth environment
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns utilizing virtual event platforms and content delivery syndication networks
  • Experience with enterprise marketing automation systems, such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
