What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results
- Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations for future strategies
- Create and manage content for social media channels, email marketing, and other digital platforms
- Support event marketing initiatives and provide on-site support as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with content creation and management
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Certification in Google Analytics or other marketing platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience with graphic design and video production
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
