About the Role

The Marketing Specialist position at Zirtual is a key role that involves managing and executing marketing initiatives for a variety of clients. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with client goals, planning, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns, and monitoring performance to optimize campaigns for better results. The role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, content is engaging, and marketing efforts align with business goals. You will work independently while receiving support and guidance from your Account Supervisor. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy working in a remote environment, and are passionate about delivering high-quality marketing solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client goals
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for better results
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Create and schedule content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with clients to develop content ideas and strategies
  • Manage social media platforms and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital strategies

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2–4+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with digital campaigns, content creation, and analytics
  • Technical skills in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
