About the Role
The Marketplace Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of Supabase's partnerships function. You will be responsible for managing a book of partners end-to-end, owning the systems that keep the partner ecosystem running, and identifying new partnership opportunities. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and experience with partner management tools. You will be self-directed, results-driven, and have a passion for building strong relationships with partners. What You Will Do
- Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously, following up with partners, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships
- Manage partners post-onboarding, including co-marketing coordination, integration support, and adoption tracking
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of partners, representing Supabase in external conversations
- Identify trends in the developer ecosystem and flag new partnership opportunities proactively
- Own and extend the operational backbone of the partner program, including partner intake, onboarding workflows, and tracking systems
- Maintain clean data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution
- Work fluently across Supabase's internal tool stack, including Notion, AI-assisted workflows, and no-code automation tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies
- Develop and execute co-marketing plans to drive partner engagement and adoption
- Analyze partner performance data to inform future partnership decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales
- Domain expertise in the developer ecosystem, with experience working at or with an ISV, database company, or app marketplace ecosystem
- Track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns that delivered real results
- Strong understanding of how attribution gets tracked and reported
- Self-directed and externally credible, with the ability to run your own process and close your own loops
- Experience with partner management tools and platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with product-led growth and experience working alongside a PLG motion
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup, with experience building something from scratch
- Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase in conjunction with AI-powered tools
