Martech Solution/Enterprise Architect

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine architecture depth with practical delivery experience, playing a key role in assessing the current marketing technology landscape and defining a target-state architecture. The work will involve supporting integration planning and enabling faster execution of consolidation and rationalization of AI-driven initiatives. This role is crucial for Tiger Analytics as it continues to enable its clients to generate business value from data.

What You Will Do

• Assess the current Martech ecosystem, including platforms, interfaces, dependencies, and data flows to understand the existing landscape.
• Document the current-state and target-state architecture for Martech consolidation initiatives, providing a clear roadmap for future development.
• Identify duplication, redundancy, integration gaps, and rationalization opportunities across tools and platforms to streamline operations.
• Define unified data and business process flows across the ecosystem, ensuring seamless interaction between different components.
• Develop recommendations for consolidating overlapping applications into a simplified and scalable future-state landscape that supports AI-driven initiatives.
• Define integration approaches, interface patterns, and solution design recommendations aligned with enterprise standards, including considerations for resilience, failover, and risk.
• Work closely with business, product, engineering, security, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into practical architecture decisions.
• Contribute to implementation planning, sequencing, and governance for consolidation workstreams, ensuring that projects are well-coordinated and executed efficiently.
• Produce clear architecture documentation, decision logs, and dependency views to support execution teams, facilitating transparent communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with theteam to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes, continuously enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Martech ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or systems integration roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience supporting platform consolidation, transformation, or rationalization programs, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Working knowledge of Martech ecosystems, customer data flows, marketing automation, digital experience platforms, APIs, and integration patterns, with the capability to apply this knowledge to real-world problems.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams and communicate clearly with multiple stakeholder groups, possessing excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience producing architecture artifacts, integration documentation, and implementation guidance, with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to challenging problems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Experience with cloud-based technologies and migration strategies, with the ability to design and implement scalable, secure architectures.
