What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver next-generation communication solutions for Zoom customers, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge of SaaS technologies.
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof of concept (POC) sessions for prospective and existing customers, showcasing the capabilities and value of Zoom's platform.
  • Translate customer problems into technical solutions and business outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Communicate the strategic value of Zoom's platform to customers, highlighting its competitive advantages and benefits.
  • Prepare responses to requests for quote (RFQ) and requests for proposal (RFP), ensuring that Zoom's solutions are positioned to meet the evolving needs of customers.
  • Assist in the scoping of professional services engagements, working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally within Zoom to deliver customer happiness, collaborating with colleagues across the organization to drive success.
  • Drive Zoom product direction and innovation, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge of market trends to inform product development.
  • Learn and grow with Zoom's platform, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations in the collaboration space.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of technical experience in SaaS technologies, with a focus on unified communications and collaboration solutions.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Understanding of solution sales and the sales cycle, with a focus on driving customer success and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of packet captures, end-to-end IT systems, and traditional voice communications systems.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment, with a focus on adaptability, flexibility, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS collaboration sales, customer success, or tech support, with a focus on conferencing, voice, UCaaS, and CCaaS.
  • Knowledge of competitive solutions, including Microsoft, Amazon, RingCentral, 8x8, and Cisco.

  • Experience in a technical role, with a focus on unified communications and collaboration solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and applications, with a focus on packet captures and end-to-end IT systems.
