What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field
- Active state teaching license in special education
- Experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an online learning environment
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans, using technology to support instruction
