About the Role
The Material Master / Procurement / Manufacturing Data Management Lead is a critical role at KATBOTZ, responsible for managing and maintaining high-quality master and transactional data across ERP systems. This position requires a deep understanding of procurement and manufacturing processes, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process efficiency and data accuracy. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in material master data management, procurement, and manufacturing operations.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include managing and maintaining master data, collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, planning, finance, and operations teams, and supporting data governance, validation, and process standardization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain high-quality master and transactional data across ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, planning, finance, and operations teams to drive process efficiency and data accuracy
- Support data governance, validation, and process standardization initiatives
- Analyze and resolve data/process inconsistencies and operational issues
- Participate in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and support activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to improve process efficiency and data accuracy
- Drive documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities as required
- Manage and maintain contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documents
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Strong functional expertise in material master data management, procurement, and manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP/S4HANA
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong client-facing and coordination skills
- Ability to mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence
