MBA Internship - AI Strategy & Operations

Your work will be focused on creating tangible assets, such as AI-powered tools, process improvements, and strategic recommendations, that will continue to drive value long after your internship concludes.

What You Will Do

• Develop AI-powered solutions to automate manual processes and improve decision-making
• Design and implement AI workflows that enhance operational efficiency
• Create intelligent SOP and documentation frameworks
• Build decision-support tools for Payment Operations leadership
• Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop executive dashboards and strategic reporting tools
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend implementation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Conduct analysis and provide insights on the effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives
• Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement and develop plans for implementation

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing an MBA or similar graduate business degree
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and business transformation
• Experience using Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Process mapping and workflow optimization experience
• Comfort working with data and operational metrics
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution
• Ability to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) for 8 weeks

Nice to Have

• Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• SQL or Python skills
• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS
• Familiarity with prompt engineering
