About the Role
The MDM Process Integration Lead is a critical role at SGS, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, governance, and integration of master data across finance processes. This involves working closely with various teams to identify and address data discrepancies, implementing data governance policies, and optimizing ERP systems. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of master data management principles and practices.The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The MDM Process Integration Lead will report to the Finance Director and work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems.
In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex data management projects, develop and implement data governance policies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement master data management strategies to ensure data accuracy and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data discrepancies
- Design and implement data governance policies and procedures
- Optimize ERP systems to improve data integration and workflow efficiency
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
- Develop and maintain data management reports and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data management efficiency
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on master data management best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- Data Governance or ERP certifications (e.g. Oracle Fusion)
- 5+ years of experience in finance master data management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or other)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with data management tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
