## About the Role As a Master Data Management Solutions Developer at Dayforce, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across the organization. This will involve designing, configuring, deploying, administering, and supporting the MDM solution, as well as integrating, transforming, and consolidating data from disparate source systems. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's ability to reduce risk, improve data quality, and increase the usability of enterprise data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering scalable data solutions. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data models that support analytics solutions, and will be expected to provide mentorship and guidance to junior MDM Solutions Developers and business partners.

## What You Will Do - Design, configure, deploy, administer, and support the MDM solution, including third-party enrichment sources across enterprise domains - Integrate, transform, and consolidate data from disparate source systems into structures suitable for MDM solutions - Develop and refine ingestion processes, data quality rules, transformations, matching, merging, and survivorship logic - Participate in technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities - Build data quality and profiling datasets to support quality assessments and reporting - Develop and monitor processes and tools to analyze model performance and data accuracy - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and problem-solving activities - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, models, and datasets - Design, develop, manage, and monitor data ingress and egress between source systems and the MDM platform - Deliver assigned user stories and tasks within established timelines - Utilize various programming languages and tools to query databases, create scripts, and integrate data across systems - Ensure technical documentation and artifacts remain accurate and up to date - Participate in architecture reviews and proof-of-concept initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data models that support analytics solutions - Assist business stakeholders with standards, policies, and governance requirements
## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field - 3+ years of experience working with master data management solutions - Knowledge of MDM strategies, principles, and technologies - Experience developing data movement processes, business rules, and workflows within enterprise MDM platforms, preferably Informatica IDMC - Experience with data profiling, data modeling, and data quality tools - Knowledge of T-SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and DAX - Experience using source control and CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps and Git - Proven ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies - Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Ability to balance urgent business priorities with long-term strategic initiatives - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including researching and recommending solutions
## Nice to Have - Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Microsoft Fabric - Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI - Experience working within enterprise-scale data governance and data management environments - Ability to influence and support business stakeholders in adopting data management best practices - Experience mentoring junior team members
