About the Role
The MDM Technical Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the master data management suite delivers high-quality data across the enterprise. This involves not just the implementation and optimization of MDM solutions but also troubleshooting and maintenance to guarantee seamless data flow. The role is critical in supporting business intelligence and decision-making processes by providing accurate and reliable data.Day-to-day, the Technical Analyst will engage in hands-on technical tasks, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement MDM solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of data quality tools, integration patterns, and data governance principles. The analyst will work within an agile environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of the MDM suite and providing technical support for MDM applications.

What You Will Do
- Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions within the product suite
- Build and optimize complex data quality rules
- Profile, cleanse, standardize, enrich, and deduplicate data processes
- Provide technical support for MDM application(s), including troubleshooting errors and investigating root cause analysis
- Perform performance tuning to ensure application efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation of MDM processes and procedures
- Participate in agile/cross-functional teams to drive MDM initiatives forward
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in master data management
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in business system and technical analysis
- 2+ years in a technical analyst or equivalent role
- Experience with data quality tools and proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, APIs, web services, real-time/event-driven)
- Familiarity with data governance principles, stewardship workflows, and master data domains
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in agile/cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with master data management software and platforms
- Certification in data analysis or a related field
