About the Role
The Mechanical Supervisor position at JLL is a critical role that involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of mechanical systems. What You Will Do

- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of mechanical work, including systems testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes, mechanical codes, fire codes, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with local authorities, building departments, and inspection agencies for permit approvals and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, inspection reports, and status updates for project management and clients.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance on mechanical work areas.
- Identify and resolve mechanical system issues, design conflicts, and installation challenges in real-time.
- Coordinate and oversee mechanical subcontractors, ensuring work quality and schedule adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, warranties, and as-built conditions.
- Participate in system startup, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Communicate with building owners, facility managers, and end users regarding mechanical systems operation.
