About the Role
The Media Buyer position at Huzzle is a critical component of the company's mission to transform local service providers into market leaders. As a strategic powerhouse, the successful candidate will take full ownership of a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts, driving high-ticket lead generation and optimizing complex funnels. This role is ideal for an expert who thrives on extreme ownership and is ready to transition into a leadership role as the company continues to scale. The Media Buyer will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, launching and scaling high-performing Google Ads campaigns, and analyzing performance data to make proactive adjustments to budgets and scaling strategies.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the home services and home improvement sectors, as well as experience managing $30k–
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of 10+ active client accounts
- Launch, test, and iterate on lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked-call workflows
- Take full ownership of client relationships, leading weekly performance calls and reporting
- Analyze performance data to make proactive, real-time adjustments to budgets and scaling strategies
- Partner with the founder to develop high-converting ad creatives, hooks, and messaging
- Systematize and document internal processes to ensure quality stays high as the department grows
- Monitor lead quality and funnel economics to ensure clients achieve a minimum 2x ROAS
- Stay ahead of platform changes to insulate clients from market volatility
- Build, launch, and scale high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages to ensure maximum lead quality and conversion rates
- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows and integrations within GoHighLevel
- Prepare and communicate campaign results internally and support the account manager in client-facing updates
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing $30k–00k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts
- Deep expertise in high-ticket lead generation for home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals
- Demonstrated track record of success in optimizing complex funnels and driving measurable business impact
- Experience with Google Ads, Performance Max, and Adjust
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of the home services and home improvement sectors
- Experience with landing page design and optimization

- Experience with Perspective and GoHighLevel
- Knowledge of AI-driven expansion engines and their application in marketing
