About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that drive business results
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and identify target audiences
- Create customized media plans that meet client needs and drive campaign success
- Manage media campaigns from start to finish, including planning, buying, and optimizing campaigns
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with media vendors and partners

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and effective ad campaigns

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, planning, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving campaign results and ROI
- In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape, including Meta platforms
- Experience with media buying and planning tools, such as Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with remote work and collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello
