About the Role
The Media Buyer, Podcast role at Oxford Road is a temporary position that requires a skilled professional to manage and execute podcast ad campaigns. As a media buyer, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and optimizing media campaigns to meet client objectives. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute media plans and strategies for podcast ad campaigns
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Manage and optimize media campaigns to meet client objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure accurate invoicing and billing
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in podcast advertising
- Strong understanding of digital skills, including campaign management and data analysis
- Experience with media planning and buying tools, such as Prisma or Mediaocean
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with podcast advertising platforms, such as Midroll or Podtrac
- Knowledge of programmatic buying and real-time bidding
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel or Tableau
