About the Role
Nexoya is seeking a talented Media Consultant/Customer Success Manager to join their team in Berlin. As a key point of contact for German and English-speaking customers, you will enable them to extract the full value of Nexoya's AI-based platform. Your mission will be to guide customers away from manual, spreadsheet-based processes toward a new, data- and AI-driven way of working. You will build strong relationships, provide advice, and ensure digital marketing teams exceed their performance goals with the power of Nexoya's AI platform.The successful candidate will have several years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and other digital advertising channels. You will be working closely with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts and collaborating with the Product and ML teams to advance Nexoya's platform.
As a Media Consultant/Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts independently, analyzing cross-channel performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to customers.
What You Will Do
- Manage customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
- Analyze cross-channel performance data with customers, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snap
- Identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to customers
- Consult customers on performance marketing topics and best practices for AI implementation
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strategically develop customer accounts
- Work closely with the Product and ML teams to advance Nexoya's platform
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure they exceed their performance goals
- Provide high-quality solutions and advice to customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in performance marketing and AI
What We Are Looking For
- Several years of experience in performance marketing (agency or advertiser side)
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Proactive mindset and drive to advise customers with high-quality solutions
- Curiosity about AI and automation
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Experience with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing, or econometrics/MMM (preferable)
- Native-level German and business-fluent English
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-powered marketing platforms
- Knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
