About the Role

The Media Manager position at Podean is a critical component of the company's digital marketing strategy, focusing on managing campaigns across Amazon and other marketplaces in the UK, Germany, and beyond. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Amazon Sponsored Ads and a similar PPC model. As part of Podean's fast-growing media team, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations to optimize results.

Day-to-day, the Media Manager will work closely with the team to oversee campaign bidding and management tools, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives. What You Will Do

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Amazon Sponsored Ads and similar PPC models
  • Communicate campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of the media team's strategy and best practices
  • Participate in global collaboration to share knowledge and best practices across teams

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon or marketplace media (PPC)
  • Deep in-platform experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads or a similar PPC model
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to independently spot trends and turn insights into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with campaign bidding and management tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart building
