About the Role

TimelyCare is looking for a skilled Media Production Manager who can lead the creation of captivating video content from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Video Content Production: Oversee all phases of production, ensuring alignment with clinical guidelines and company standards.
  • Hands-On Production Work: Lead video shoots and manage lighting and sound.
  • Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling: Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with marketing, product, and clinical teams to create data-driven visual assets.
  • Liaise with External Vendors: Coordinate with agencies for smooth delivery of high-quality content.
  • Recruit and Manage Talent: Identify and manage contract professionals like videographers and editors.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the finishing touches are applied to all content, making it polished and ready for publication.
  • Feedback Integration: Handle stakeholder feedback efficiently, maintaining a collaborative workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Film, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in professional media production.
