What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions for Medical Affairs
• Identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for innovation within the Medical Affairs function
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and regulatory bodies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, data analytics, and digital technologies relevant to the life sciences industry
• Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI adoption in Medical Affairs
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
• Proven experience in managing Medical Operations, preferably with a focus on AI-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology) or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• A passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the life sciences industry
