## About the Role As a Medical Receptionist and Healthcare Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing patient communication, scheduling, and intake coordination for a US-based healthcare practice. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless patient experience while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance. You will be working in a fast-paced remote environment, utilizing digital tools and phone systems to provide top-notch support. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries.
