What You Will Do

• Converse with advanced language models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in Arabic and English
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of the model's responses
• Document and analyze the model's failure modes to improve its reasoning and accuracy
• Engage with topics across medicine, including internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, and medical ethics
• Challenge the model on subjects like differential diagnosis, drug interactions, and treatment protocols
• Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Work independently to review and improve the model's performance on various medical topics
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the training data and model evaluation metrics
• Stay updated with the latest developments in medicine and AI to ensure the model remains relevant and effective

What We Are Looking For

• A strong medical background, with experience in clinical care, medical research, public health, or related fields
• Fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to engage with topics across medicine, including internal medicine, pharmacology, and pathology
• Experience with digital tools and technologies, particularly those related to AI and language models
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning and decision processes
• A background in biomedical sciences, health communications, medical translation, or public health engagement
• The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
