What You Will Do

  • Challenge the model on subjects like differential diagnosis, drug interactions, and treatment protocols
  • Capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
  • Work independently to review and improve the model's performance on various medical topics
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the training data and model evaluation metrics
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in medicine and AI to ensure the model remains relevant and effective

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong medical background, with experience in clinical care, medical research, public health, or related fields
  • Fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
