What You Will Do
- Converse with advanced language models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
- Capture and document reproducible error traces to improve model performance
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Develop and maintain high-quality training data to support model development
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate medical expertise into AI models
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical research and AI technology
- Participate in discussions on model development and provide input on clinical scenarios
- Analyze and interpret complex medical data to inform model training
- Develop and maintain documentation of model performance and areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution
- Strong foundation in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, and other medical specialties
- Experience in clinical practice or medical research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with AI technology and language models (desirable but not required)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience in medical education or training
