About the Role

Clera is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join their founding team as a Fullstack Engineer. The company is building the future of recruiting with AI and is looking for an exceptional engineer to contribute to this effort.

Responsibilities

  • Ship features to production daily and own entire product areas from concept to deployment
  • Work directly with the CTO and other founding engineers
  • Build fully agentic systems that automate complex workflows

Requirements

  • Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React
  • Practical experience working with AI, ideally with experience coding with AI
  • Startup mindset with high agency, resourcefulness, and a focus on creating value

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with LLM APIs
  • Familiarity with the tech stack, including Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, and Trigger.dev
