About the Role

As a Member Support Associate at Twin Health, you will be the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey. You will work closely with the clinical care team to ensure that members receive the best possible care. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct Sensor Activation visits with members to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, providing prompt and effective solutions
  • Guide members through critical moments in their Twin journey, offering support and guidance
  • Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure that members receive comprehensive care
  • Respond to member inquiries via video, phone, and messaging channels
  • Operate in a structured, queue-based environment, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital health technologies and Twin Health's products and services
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with the Member Support team to achieve team goals and objectives

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of digital health technologies and trends
  • Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong empathy and understanding of the needs of Twin Health members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (required)

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
