Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting telehealth sessions, developing treatment plans, and participating in monthly clinical case reviews. What You Will Do
- Conduct telehealth sessions on the company's platform
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
- Develop meaningful connections with clients
- Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist
- Collaborate with the treatment team to achieve patient goals
- Utilize electronic health records to document patient interactions
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telehealth platform
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
What We Are Looking For
- Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPC) in good standing
- 2+ years of direct care experience as a licensed clinician
- Ability to provide telehealth sessions
- Comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software
- Previous telemedicine experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is not required but preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of electronic health records systems
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
