What You Will Do
- Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video sessions to a diverse caseload of clients
- Utilize digital tools to enhance client learnings and monitor outcomes
- Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients to support their treatment plans
- Conduct regular peer-based quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality care
- Attend one-on-one and peer group clinical consultation meetings to discuss complex cases and share best practices
- Participate in robust training to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest research and technologies
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Use Excel to track client progress and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care
What We Are Looking For
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT)
- Commitment to delivering clinically effective and culturally responsive care
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a feedback-rich environment
- Experience managing risk and responding to crisis situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with telehealth and digital psychoeducation tools
