About the Role

The Merchandising Representative role at CELSIUS is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve planning and executing merchandising initiatives, calling on target accounts, and communicating sales leads to the territory manager. What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to drive sales and increase brand visibility
  • Call on target accounts, including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores
  • Communicate sales leads and other incremental opportunities to the territory manager
  • Expand product distribution as approved by the store manager within the guidelines of the account type
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vault, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelf according to account guidelines
  • Place point of sales materials as approved by account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures and include photos with reporting documents weekly
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory to help execute weekly/monthly planning
  • Communicate as needed with territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work flexible hours, 40-hour workweek (Wednesday - Sunday)
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Excellent driving record and insurance/license required
  • Personal vehicle required for the role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think creatively
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
