Job Description

About the Role

The Merchandising Representative role at CELSIUS is a key position that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and problem-solving skills. As a representative of the company, you will be responsible for managing product displays and demos in various retail settings, including grocery stores, specialty stores, health clubs, and convenience stores. Your primary goal will be to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and ensure that CELSIUS products are properly merchandised and stocked.

As a member of the CELSIUS team, you will be working closely with the Regional Manager and other sales team members to achieve your objectives. You will be expected to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Call on target accounts to establish and maintain relationships with store managers and other key decision-makers
  • Communicate sales leads and incremental opportunities to the Celsius territory manager
  • Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked and merchandised according to designated brand flow
  • Rotate backstock to existing displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves according to account guidelines
  • Place point-of-sale materials as approved by the account manager
  • Participate in new store openings and store reset support
  • Take pictures and include them in weekly reporting documents
  • Conduct demos upon request
  • Develop and maintain an organized list of target/key accounts in the territory
  • Communicate with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager as needed
  • Make 15-20 account calls per day and track them using the Celsius sales app
  • Submit weekly work logs, including mileage and other required records

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including a 40-hour workweek (Wednesday-Sunday)
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Excellent driving record and insurance/license required
  • Personal vehicle and valid U.S. driver's license required
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry

  • Prior experience in merchandising or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
