About the Role
Invisible Technologies is seeking a seasoned Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large-scale language models, evolving them from chatbots into powerful tools for financial analysis, legal reasoning, and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in helping democratize world-class business intelligence, supporting transaction strategy, and streamlining complex deal processes. The attorney will collaborate with advanced AI systems, providing expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both legal and financial frameworks governing transactions, with the ability to communicate complex deal concepts with precision.What You Will Do
- Collaborate with AI systems on financial modeling, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategy, transaction documentation, and corporate governance
- Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, logic, and practical applicability
- Identify opportunities to improve reasoning and analytical depth in AI-generated content
- Review and assess AI-generated content related to M&A scenarios
- Evaluate the validity of financial and legal reasoning in AI outputs
- Document performance gaps in AI-generated content
- Work closely with the team to refine prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria
- Develop and implement training data to power the next generation of AI
- Provide expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
- Support the development of AI tools for finance, strategy, and legal professionals
- Contribute to the refinement of AI systems through feedback and performance analysis
What We Are Looking For
- A law degree (JD or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
- Solid understanding of both legal and financial frameworks governing transactions
- Clear, analytical communication and the ability to explain complex deal concepts with precision
- Experience working with AI systems or advanced technology platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with financial modeling and regulatory compliance
