About the Role

As a Microsoft D365 ERP (F&O) + AI/Copilot Functional Consultant, Manager at PwC, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation for clients across various industries. You will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules, supervising and coaching teams, and managing client service accounts. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, business analysis, and configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business requirements will be essential in delivering top-quality results.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP Finance and project accounting modules
  • Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality results
  • Manage client service accounts and oversee client engagement workstreams
  • Independently analyze and solve complex technical problems
  • Utilize proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O and business analysis
  • Configure and set up D365 F&O as per business requirements
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Assure adherence to the firm's methodologies and quality standards
  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively
  • Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of experience in a related field
  • Significant experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, business analysis, and configuring and setting up D365 F&O as per business requirements
  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance
  • Ability to conduct business analysis/requirement gathering workshops and Process Mapping Sessions
  • Experience in gathering requirements and performing As-Is and To-Be process analysis
  • Ability to convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O or related fields
  • Experience in managing and coaching teams
  • Strong understanding of business operations and finance
