About the Role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Presales Architect at Quisitive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and transformation for clients worldwide. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 will be instrumental in shaping solutions that meet the complex needs of enterprise-level businesses. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and present solutions to clients.The role requires a deep understanding of business applications, including Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience. You will need to articulate the value proposition of the Microsoft Business Applications stack and demonstrate how it can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
As part of the Global Business Applications practice, you will be working with a team of experienced consultants and technologists who are passionate about innovation and delivering exceptional results. The team is supported by a culture that values craftsmanship, open collaboration, and technical expertise.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Account Executives to engage clients early and shape opportunities
- Lead business-focused discovery and demonstration of Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Translate client needs into practical solutions and scope
- Articulate clear business value and ROI to clients
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff of projects
- Develop concise, compelling proposals and solution narratives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
- Travel (up to 25%) as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
What We Are Looking For
- Functional expertise in Dynamics 365, including F&SCM, CE, and Power Platform
- Strong business acumen and a practical understanding of how companies operate
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear solutions
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experience balancing sales and delivery priorities
- Awareness of Agentic capabilities and how they can be applied to client solutions
- FTRSA (Fast Track Recognized Solution Architect) Designation
- Previous Microsoft Solution Services Consulting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience working with global teams and collaborating with offshore delivery organizations
- Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and how they can be applied to client needs
- Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
