About the Role

Responsibilities

• Execute or support Microsoft Teams tenant-to-tenant migrations including chat history, Teams, channels, files, meetings, and user settings.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure smooth transition with minimal business disruption.
• Perform pre-migration assessments, readiness checks, pilot testing, and post-migration validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams.
• 2+ years specifically working on Teams migration projects including at least one full-scale enterprise migration.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Quest On Demand Migration.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams) or MS-720 (Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer).

• Be prepared to provide specific examples of your experience with Microsoft Teams migration projects, including any challenges you faced and how you overcame them.
• Make sure your resume and online profiles are up-to-date and showcase your expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and Teams architecture.
